Frequently asked.
How long do lash extensions last? +
With proper care, your extensions will last 4–6 weeks. We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full.
Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes? +
Not at all. When applied correctly with quality products (which we use exclusively), extensions are safe and gentle on your natural lashes.
How should I prepare for my appointment? +
Come with clean lashes (no mascara) and free of eye makeup. Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you relax.
What aftercare do you recommend? +
Avoid water, steam and makeup for 24 hours. Brush daily with a spoolie, sleep on a silk pillowcase, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
Do you offer mobile services? +
All services are performed in my private home studio in Mundijong for your comfort and privacy. The space is fully dedicated to lash artistry.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
